Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

All products available through our store are digital products, such as downloadable PDF guides, ebooks, worksheets, templates, activity books, and other digital resources.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds after the digital product has been successfully delivered or accessed.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • You purchased the same digital product accidentally more than once.
  • The download link does not work and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • The file is technically defective or corrupted.
  • The product you received is materially different from the product description.
  • You experience another genuine technical issue preventing you from accessing the purchased product.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or refund.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We reserve the right to review refund requests individually.

Why I recommend this instead of simply saying "NO REFUNDS"

For digital products, you don't want a policy that makes an overly broad legal claim. Shopify says merchants are responsible for complying with consumer-protection requirements applicable to their business and customers.

India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules also emphasize clear information concerning returns, refunds, exchanges, delivery, payments and grievance handling.
