The Hybrid Athlete Roadmap — 16-Week Strength & Endurance Training System
The Hybrid Athlete Roadmap
Build strength. Develop endurance. Train with a plan.
Trying to improve your strength and running at the same time can be difficult when your training isn't properly structured.
The Hybrid Athlete Roadmap is a practical 16-week training system designed to help amateur/intermediate athletes organize strength training and endurance work within one progressive framework.
Instead of treating running and strength training as separate programs, the roadmap combines them into a structured progression with planned training days, recovery, nutrition guidance and progress tracking.
