The Hybrid Athlete Roadmap is a practical 16-week training system designed to help amateur/intermediate athletes organize strength training and endurance work within one progressive framework.

Instead of treating running and strength training as separate programs, the roadmap combines them into a structured progression with planned training days, recovery, nutrition guidance and progress tracking.

Who Is This For?

This roadmap is primarily designed for amateur/intermediate athletes who already have some experience with running and strength training.

The guide assumes the athlete can currently run continuously for approximately 20–30 minutes at an easy effort and perform the core barbell movements with reasonable technique.
